Andrew A. Curtright is a partner with Downey & Cleveland, LLP in Marietta, Georgia.

Drew primarily defends individuals and businesses in suits involving automobile accidents, premises liability, and construction litigation.

During his career at Downey & Cleveland, he has obtained outstanding litigation results for his clients both before juries and on appeal, including a favorable appellate decision construing Georgia’s pre-suit demand statute to require enforcement of a pursuit settlement and obtaining summary judgment in a slip-and-fall case that subsequently was affirmed on appeal.

He has served as lead counsel in more than 30 jury trials.

A native of Kansas, Drew still has a soft spot for the Kansas Jayhawks, but he now feels most at home at Truist Park and Sanford Stadium cheering on the Braves and Dawgs.
