  Directed verdict obtained when plaintiff elected to go to trial seeking extra-contractual damages from defendant’s insurer in case involving defendant motorist who turned left in front of plaintiff and plaintiff’s attorney introduced into evidence $50,000 in medical expenses
• State Court of Cherokee County
  Summary judgment obtained for plant nursery against a customer who tripped over a crack in the pavement and suffered personal injury because the plaintiff had walked over that area in the parking lot moments earlier
• Superior Court of Floyd County
  Jury verdict in favor of defendants obtained in favor of defendant landscaping company and employee against plaintiff who claimed auto accident caused him to incur medical expenses of $477,519 related to three back surgeries, which included the implementation of a spinal stimulator, but medical records revealed that he suffered from chronic back problems for years before the collision
• State Court of Henry County
  Limited damages to $5,000 in rear-end auto case when plaintiff presented $55,000 in medical expenses and the lowest pre-trial demand was $100,000
