R. Christopher Harrison is a partner with Downey & Cleveland, LLP in Marietta, Georgia
Chris’s litigation practice focuses on defending individuals and business in suits involving automobile accidents, premises liability claims, commercial carrier claims, and allegations of medical malpractice.
He has served as lead counsel in over 40 jury trials, and he has handled numerous appeals before the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia.
Chris has experience in insurance coverage matters, direct actions, and cases involving allegations against commercial trucking companies and their drivers.
As part of his practice, Chris serves as litigation counsel in the metropolitan Atlanta area for one of the fastest-growing auto insurers in the United States. He is routinely called on by clients to handle large loss claims, including those involving serious injury and wrongful death.
He has been a speaker at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars on personal injury law.
