Joshua R. Ruplin is a partner at Downey & Cleveland, LLP in Marietta, Georgia.
Josh’s litigation practice is concentrated in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, and property damage.
Along with his active trial practice, Josh frequently assists clients in the handling of pre-suit demands and claims involving extra-contractual exposure.
Josh also has broad experience in real estate law, and he has used that experience to successfully defend property owners in cases involving boundary line disputes, storm water runoff damage, trespass, and the Safe Dams Act.
During his career at the firm, Josh has served as lead counsel in more than 30 jury trials, achieving outstanding results for his clients. In addition, he has handled several appeals before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Josh is certified by the Supreme Court of Georgia to mentor new attorneys in the practice of law, and he has served as a featured speaker at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) events, most recently at the Defense of a Personal Injury Case.
