Owen Peters is an associate attorney with Downey & Cleveland, LLP in Marietta, Georgia.
Owen’s litigation practice focuses on defending individuals and business in suits involving automobile accidents, premises liability claims, commercial carrier claims, and allegations of medical malpractice.
He has served as lead counsel and assisted in all aspects of trial preparation including preparation of summary judgment and appellate briefs.
